Brokerage activities are regulated by the Insurance and Reinsurance Brokering Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated May 27, 2015, and the provisions of the regulation are executed by the Minister to whom the Undersecretariat of Treasury is affiliated. Supervision of activities is under the responsibility of Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency (SEDDK).
